At Quick Trailer Sales, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, in compliance with our policies. Trailer return policy
No restocking fee applies
– Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in the same condition as received
Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
To initiate a return:
Email us at contact@quicktrailersales.com.
Once approved, we will send a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for the return.
Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:
Start a return for the original item
Place a new order separately after your return is approved
– Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-built or personalized trailers and accessories
Items damaged due to misuse or modifications
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.
– Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will work quickly to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement
-Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
Refunds may take 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider
– Return Shipping Costs
For approved returns: We cover the cost of return shipping
For non-defective or discretionary returns: Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.
