-Order Processing

Once your payment is confirmed:

Your order is scheduled for dispatch.

The required paperwork is prepared and submitted.

Most orders begin processing immediately.

– Handling time (days): 

4-7 business days – For custom prep, paperwork, or pickup scheduling

– Tracking & Notifications

After your trailer is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email with real-time updates from our delivery partner.

– Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged shipment:

Reject the delivery if damage is visible.

If already been delivered, contact us immediately at contact@quicktrailersales.com.

– Duties & Taxes

Sales tax is included where applicable.

Import duties and taxes are prepaid. No extra charges for delivery.

– Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

– Shipping Insurance

All trailers are fully insured for loss or damage based on their stated value with the shipping carrier.
