At Quick Trailer Sales, we are committed to delivering your trailer promptly, safely, and at a transparent rate. This policy explains how we process orders, shipping times, costs, and related terms.

• Order Processing
  Once your payment is confirmed:
  • Your order is scheduled for dispatch
  • The required paperwork is prepared and submitted
  • Most orders begin processing immediately

• Handling Time
  4–7 business days (fulfilled Monday to Saturday)

• Transit Time
  5–10 business days (shipped Monday to Saturday)

• Total Delivery Time
  9-17 business days (handling + transit)

• Tracking & Notifications
  Once your trailer is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email with real-time updates from our delivery partner.

• Damaged Shipments
  If your shipment arrives damaged:
  • Reject the delivery if the damage is visible at the time of delivery
  • If already delivered, contact us immediately at info@quicktrailersales.com

• Duties & Taxes
  Sales tax is included where applicable.
  Import duties and taxes are prepaid, so no extra charges will apply at delivery.

• Cancellations
  Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
  If the trailer has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.

• Shipping Insurance
  All trailers are fully insured for loss or damage based on their stated value with the shipping carrier.
